INTEGRAL ALUMINIUM PLATFORM WITH MOVING FLOOR ALITE HEAVY DUTY FOR INTEGRATION INTO A STATIC LOADING BUNKER OF 14.000 x 3.000 mm.

  • Design and manufacture of an integral aluminum platform with a semi-stanchion type moving floor for mounting inside the bunker type structure with support at two ends.
  • Description of the platform:
      1. Double T-beams in 450 mm aluminum AL6005 T6 extruded in one piece without welding of 14.000 mm.
      2. 80 mm asymmetrical double T-beams in AL6082 T6.
      3. ALITE 140 mm AL6082 T6 aluminum extrusion tube sash.
      4. Double T 450 mm AL6005 T6 double T cross members.
      5. Two (2) support benches with four (4) integral aluminum legs for each support. Front bedplate with integrated swivel system. Adjustable telescopic type rear bedplate. Load cells mounted between the support plates and the legs of the bedplates provided by the customer.
  • Telescopic rear support system with hydraulic drive by means of a hydropneumatics pump with manual and pneumatic drive to adjust the rear part to the height of the hopper and to be able to replace the blades in the event of maintenance.
  • Maximum capacity of the equipment 26 Tn of load at 250 bars.
  • ALITE Heavy-Duty moving floor machine adapted to a width of 3,000 mm. Bolted assembly on the frame beams and integrated into the platform belts.
  • Twenty-six (26) slats 112 mm wide and 8 mm thick + 1.5 mm shoulder in AL6082 T6. Semi-stanch type moving floor slats with integrated fluid collection rails. Forged aluminum tips screwed at both ends to allow the blades to be removed for maintenance and/or replacement.
  • Integral aluminum leachate collection tank at the rear of the load, with removable access manholes on both sides for cleaning and maintenance. Built-in ball-type unloading and emptying tap.
  • Externally powered 24 VDC control panel with connector for cable control and/or connection to the plant control console. 24 VDC 10 A power supply at the customer’s expense. Emergency manual override integrated in the control cartridges of the moving floor machine.
  • Un-anodized raw aluminum finish.
  • Hinged lifting eye system for safe and centered lifting for positioning of the platform inside the factory hopper with crane.

HYDRAULIC MOTOR PUMP UNIT OF 50 HP 380 VCA THREE-PHASE VARIABLE FLOW FOR DRIVING A STATIONARY MOVING FLOOR PLATFORM.

  • Stationary type motor pump unit with the following features:

      1. Maximum power 50 hp (37 kW).
      2. Maximum continuous pressure 240 bar.
      3. Adjustable flow rate 0-90 l/min.
      4. Driven by asynchronous motor and frequency inverter.
      5. Integral open type aluminum base with adjustable support legs. Upper roof made of folded aluminum sheet, checkerboard 3/5 mm.
  • Siemens motor 50 HP (1.500 rpm) IE3 4P 380/660 B3 group 225S with B5 flange + additional forced ventilation kit group 225s for continuous operation at low frequencies with maximum torque.
  • Direct coupling for B5 flange d60 shaft with motor key with ISO 7653 flange + ISO14 DIN 5462 shafts for pump.
  • Fixed displacement pump 51 cm3/rev, PARKER F1-51 plus axial piston pump, angled or similar.
  • Vector type frequency inverter for high torque DELTA/BONFIGLIOLI 37 kW 3×400 v + EMC filter 100A 400 VAC. Maximum torque regulation from 5-50 Hz.
  • Speed regulation by potentiometer on panel, current input on the frequency inverter for external control from PLC, possibility of communication via data BUS.
  • Air/air heat exchanger with forced ventilation with thermostat brand SESINO AP430/2E 400 VAC three-phase:
      1. Air volume circulation for cooling 2.700 m3/h.
      2. Flow rate 30-180 l/min oil.
      3. Capacity 5,5 l.
      4. Power consumption: 180 W.
      5. Thermostat included with 0-80 ºC adjustment.
  • Venting type valve with limiter at 250 bars, G1″ 2/2 NO 24 VDC for emergency control with normal closed contact.
  • Connections and pressure hoses in ¾” 4SP and return 1″ R2AT.
  • General metal cabinet to enclose the control panel and the frequency inverter with cooling fan and IP65 front access door. Control controls on the cabinet door.
  • General control panel with the following elements:
      1. 100 A EATON general isolating switch or similar.
      2. Adjustable protection circuit breaker 80-100 A SCHNEIDER or similar.
      3. EMC filter 100 A SCHAFFENER or similar.
      4. Start pushbutton, stop pushbutton and selector switch for bypass venting power supply and pressure output.
      5. Mushroom type emergency stop.
      6. Oil temperature and oil level alarm light signal.
      7. Drive selectors for the motor-pump group and bypass.
      8. Drive selectors for the moving floor.
      9. Separate power supply by means of electronic power supply for the motor-pump unit and moving floor drive.
      10. 7-pole interconnection base for moving floor drive.
  • Integral 205-literaluminum oil tank:
      1. Removable type with bolted painted steel brackets.
      2. High flow return filter with integrated interchangeable cartridges.
      3. Filler cap with air filter.
      4. Oil temperature control thermocouple.
      5. Optical level and with buoy type minimum level electrical signal.
