The ALITE family of Leak Proof (LP) mobile floor semi trailers is mainly designed to be able to load and transport goods with a high liquid content without generating any spillage.

With a 450 mm high double T aluminium extrusion chassis for the entire range, the LP family is available in two models depending on the degree of liquid content of the goods and/or the required level of tightness. Bothhave a hydraulicdoorwith a hermeticseal.

The Leak Proof 100% model is ideal for transporting solid urban waste in an efficient manner and in compliance with the most stringent regulations on landfill control. Its unique design guarantees leak-proof transport on a clear interior surface and without loss of interior volume.

BULK GOODS WITH HIGH LIQUID CONTENT

100% watertight moving floor semi-trailer model for the transport of bulk goods with high liquid content. Our lightweight design and construction maintains the reliability, strength and durability values of ALITE brand vehicles with the lowest possible curb weight.

The LP 100% model has a continuous chassis with a reinforced 80mm high neck to guarantee the highest load capacity. It mounts a hydraulically actuated hermetically closing door and the rear cantilever moving floor machine below the floor. Maximum load on the coupling pin (KP) is 16 tn. Useful interior height from the floor of the sheets of 2,730mm for a KP height of 1,150mm.

It comes standard with wheels with tires of dimensions 385/65 R22.5, possibility of mounting 385/55 R22.5.

LP SEMI

BULK GOODS WITH LOW LIQUID CONTENT

It is a more economical reduced version of the 100% LP model intended for bulk goods with a low liquid content. His design and lightweight construction maintains the values of reliability, resistance and durability of ALITE brand vehicles with the lowest empty weight possible.

The model has a reinforced self-supporting type continuous chassis to guarantee the highest load capacity. Assemble a hermetic door with a drive that guarantees a partial tight closure.

Maximum load on the coupling pin (KP) of 16 tn. Useful interior height from the floor of the sheets of 2,730 mm for a KP height of 1,150 mm.

It comes standard with wheels with tires of dimensions 385/65 R22.5, possibility of mounting 385/55 R22.5.

5 – 6 mm aluminum sheet floor welded on 80 mm double T aluminum cross members.
Guaranteed tightness 30 mm above the sheet metal floor.

The semi-trailer mounts a sheet metal floor with grooves in the area where the sheets are tied to the movement groups of the moving floor machine for the collection of fluids. The moving floor machine installation is located in the central part of the semi-trailer. In this way, a watertightness is guaranteed up to a height of 30 mm above the sheet metal floor that acts as a collecting tray. Access to the moving floor machine is easy and complete analogous to a standard moving floor vehicle.
