ALITE has developed and manufactured its own system for the lateral fixing of roller tarpaulin roofs for semi-trailers.

It is a novel folding and rotating integral aluminum bayonet system. Its robust and lightweight construction incorporates thrust bearing and Delrin bushings for optimal maintenance-free operation.

This new component is mounted as standard in all vehicles manufactured by ALITE but it is also available separately so that you can easily mount it on a vehicle, as its fixing is simply screwed. You can buy this component in our WEB store.

At the moment it is not possible to acquire it in the WEB store, but you can contact us and ask us without any commitment. It will be available very soon.

The bayonets are an accessory that is used to comfortably hold the open roller cover to the side of the vehicle. Our bayonets are rotatable and foldable, they can be folded down so as not to increase the height of the semi-trailer in running order and have a mechanism to rotate when unrolling the roof with an automatic spring, adapting at all times to the position of the canvas. We show you its characteristics and elements:

• All aluminum AL5754 H111 and AL6005 T6 construction.
• Reduced dead weight: 1.85Kg.
• Direct screw mounting on the side panel of the bathtub with internal reinforcement plate.
• Thrust bearing for long and smooth operation.
• Inner Delrin bushing without the need for lubrication. The life of the element is lengthened.
• Manual stirring with double mechanical interlocking by ball positioner.
• Manual transverse rotation with return to the folded position by mechanical spring type.

El cajón de aluminio transversal sirve para transportar todo lo que quieras, se usa sobre todo para transportar tacos o tablas de madera útiles a la hora de cargar determinadas mercancías para evitar que se dañen en el transporte. Te mostramos sus características y componentes:

• Dimensiones interiores útiles: 520×365 mm.
• Volumen útil: 450 l.
• Peso propio completo: 37,5 Kg.
• Diseño modular adaptado a anchuras de montaje: 1.100, 1.200 y 1.300 mm entre almas.

ALITE has developed and manufactured an “in situ” washing system to make your life easier.

We show you in detail the washing system manufactured by ALITE; undoubtedly a very useful component that can be purchased in our online store to easily mount on your semi-trailer.

• REF. 009-006-8-2-001: MAIN MODULE 120 l.
• REF. 009-006-8-2-002: EXTENSION MODULE 120 l.

The washing system is used to perform a light cleaning of the vehicle. If you need to lightly clean the interior of the semi-trailer to prepare a new load “in situ” this add-on will make your life easier. It has 120 l of capacity and the possibility of adding another expansion module to add another 120 l of capacity. We show you its characteristics and components:

• All-aluminum construction.
• Low curb weight.
• Own weight: 8.5 Kg.
• Modular mounting with bolted clips for double T chassis.
• 1 “1/4 filler cap with stopcock.
• Pressure regulator with pressure gauge, regulation 0-10 bar. Power supply to the vehicle’s air suspension circuit.
• Lower water discharge collector in rigid metal pressure tube.
• Pressure lance with 25 m of super compact rubber hose.
• Type 30 quick coupling for hose connection / disconnection.
• Possibility of increasing the capacity of the device by incorporating an extension module of 120 l of additional capacity (total 240 l). Modular mounting in parallel or in series with the main module. Connection between modules with 14×1.5 mm PA11 polyamide flexible tube.
